  • Community Organizer in the resettled communities in Cavite, and with farmers in Laguna,

  • Training & Project Officer working with NGOs & LGUs in the rural communities of Negros Occidental, Antique, Samar, and Southern Leyte among others

• An Executive Director of Muntinlupa Development Foundation (MDF) with a very strong partnership with the City Government in addressing health, environment, and shelter concerns of the urban poor communities

• An Executive Director of Foundation for the Development of the Urban Poor (FDUP) with partnerships with LGUs and select urban poor communities addressing shelter concerns.

• Currently, Chair of the Partnership of Philippine Support Service Agencies (PHILSSA), Vice-Chair of CODE - NGO
